It’s already been almost 3 weeks since the surgery After the surgery, blood pooled around my cheekbones, so it swelled a lot, and blood vessels also burst in my eyes For my eyes, about 2 out of 10 of the burst-blood-vessel redness is still left The major swelling in my cheeks went down around week 2, but there is still swelling When will it go down,, I just feel anxious And food is the most ambiguous part. They told me not to eat hard or tough foods I want to eat chicken, but I’m worried whether chicken would be okay, whether even chicken is somewhat hard, and whether something could go wrong And I’m worried about opening my mouth and smiling too When I smile, I wonder if it puts strain on my cheekbones, and whether it could strain them before they fuse Also, when I shower and squint my eyes, it feels like my cheekbones move upward, so I wonder if that strains my cheekbones too It’s just worry, worry, worry
