I went ahead with revision rhinoplasty. I asked them to shave down some of the hump and do osteotomy to lift my drooping nasal tip, but right after the surgery my nose became crooked, the silicone shifted to one side, and the bridge area swelled up with inflammation. After taking the silicone out just two months later, they had ground my nose down insanely, and instead of an osteotomy they had fractured and wrecked my nose. That’s why the silicone had shifted to one side, because one side of my nasal bone was crooked. I’ve never had such a shocking thing in my life, so I was deeply hurt mentally. The bent alar cartilage was nicely repaired at another hospital. It can’t regenerate, and if I could go back to that time, I would bet everything.
