The clinic I was taken to by my mom as soon as I entered university. Because my aunt was working there as a manager, I ended up getting it done through an acquaintance discount, without even having the chance to consult anywhere else. After just a few minutes of consultation, I was on the operating table, and before I knew what was happening, it was done. They made it as high as a man’s nose, so I had revision surgery a few weeks later. Even after that, I lived for years with a nose that was only high, then the silicone started protruding, so I had revision surgery againㅠㅠ. At that time there was a different doctor at that clinic, and I at least had it revised a bit more naturally with silicone + ear cartilage, but it was obvious to anyone that I had my nose done, and I lived for 15 years feeling a foreign-body sensation. These days, something is protruding inside my nose again, the foreign-body sensation is severe, and I’m also feeling tenderness, so I’ve decided to have it removed. Honestly, if anyone says they want nose surgery, I feel like stopping them with everything I have. Of course, there are many people around me who live fine without complications like mine, but they all say they feel a foreign-body sensation. I can’t even imagine what it will be like to go back to a lower nose after living with a high nose for 20 years, but I think I need to take it out before I lose my mind. Sob sob.
