The manager who helped me with the consultation was very kind, but the other staff felt a little blunt. The consultation was thorough for both functional and cosmetic nose surgery. They explained what the problem was and how the surgery should be done! But I wanted a slightly straighter line, and that didn’t quite match the style the director was aiming for, so I didn’t choose this hospital
