I went to get a consultation because I heard there was a famous director there. There were quite a few people sitting while waiting, and the consultation order went manager -> director -> manager again. The manager seemed busy, but was kind, and the director also answered my questions well during the consultation and replied to everything I asked without looking annoyed.
