I had surgery here, and the chief doctor was very kind, but the front desk staff were extremely rude. The doctor doesn’t seem to care much about service. The surgery itself wasn’t bad and I’m satisfied, but my nostril is now so small that even my index finger won’t fit inside. I’m wondering if this is really right.
It seems like the doctor prefers donor rib cartilage. They said I didn’t have enough septal cartilage, so they used donor rib cartilage, but I keep wondering if it was really necessary to use septal cartilage too..
