The surgeon came in quite late, but said sorry for being late and asked if I had been waiting a long time when he came in. He seemed busy, but it did not feel like he was trying to rush the consultation and end it quickly. He was the kindest, and among the hospitals that charge for consultations, he was the only one who diagnosed internal nasal valve stenosis and included alar reduction in the estimate (other places said I could do it if I wanted, but it was not essential).
