I asked to see the CT, but they never showed it to me until the end. Later, when I went to another hospital and had imaging done, the silicone had rotated. Is that the effect of the customized implant the doctor advertises so much?

Instead, they kept talking about unrelated custom implants, just trying to get more money out of me, and I wondered what they were even doing. I had recorded the consultation, so I pointed out that they had previously said the crooked nose could be corrected by simply replacing the silicone, but even after revision surgery it wasn't fixed, and asked what they were doing. I told them to set up a plan to correct the internal structure through CT, but Dr. Yoon shouted and changed his story, saying that even if you correct the internal structure, it wouldn't make much difference externally anyway, and that instead of fixing the crooked nose, we should twist the nasal tip and columella toward the crooked side so it looks straight from the outside. But if the internal structure isn't corrected first, why would you twist a normal nasal tip toward one side just by looking at the outside? In the end, isn't this just the doctor avoiding responsibility and refusing to admit that they set the wrong surgical plan from the start and did the wrong surgery, causing no improvement at all? I decided to cut my losses and get revision surgery at another more competent hospital, even if it costs more.
Not only the doctor, but the hospital operations and staff are a mess too. They take multiple consultation appointments per time slot, so waiting an hour and a half after the scheduled consultation time is standard. While waiting, the consultation staff chat loudly enough for all the customers to hear, and behind the desk the male and female staff argue or shout at each other so loudly that every patient can hear. As other reviews also occasionally mention, it really makes me wonder if they only hired rude people for managers, desk staff, and coordinators. They aren't even doctors, but they make arbitrary judgments during consultations, and I don't know what they're trying to do. And before surgery, they obsessively ask where you had your previous surgery and even write the hospital name in the chart for no reason that I can understand.
Before surgery, they push you into the operation by saying it can definitely be corrected even though they have no expertise, but after surgery they bring up side effects, smile as if they're such nice people, make excuses, and fail to actually solve anything before sending you away. Meanwhile, they market on YouTube that custom silicone and donated rib cartilage have no side effects, and on the ㅂㅂㅌ and ㄱㄴㅇㄴ apps they write in initials that the clinic is 브로.
Whether you get surgery here or not is your decision, but rather than getting surgery from a clinic and doctor like this just because the price is cheap, I think it's better to do more legwork, think it through carefully, and choose another hospital that is skilled, professional, and willing to take responsibility for the outcome. I regret not finding this community before surgery and getting more information; if anything, I should think of it as an early, cheap life lesson, and this became the trigger for me to decide that from now on I need to clear my head and properly do my homework, both online and in person, when choosing a hospital.
