The consultation with the director was really kind and good. I really felt like I could trust the director and go ahead with surgery, but the front desk staff are all seriously awful. If I’m honest, if I got surgery here, I’m pretty sure the managers get incentives when they bring in surgery patients, so that makes me hesitate to get surgery here... Please tell your staff something! They say rude things way too much. They’re service staff too, after all.
