Personally, it was so good that I wondered, why is a doctor like this at a big hospital? He was cheerful and clear. And I felt like he avoids procedures that carry too much risk. But looking at the reviews, it seems he also does fancy surgeries well, so this was one of the hospitals I kept until the end while deciding.
(For example, there were a few places that recommended osteotomy for me, but because I had filler in and it only made my nose look a bit spread out rather than actually wide, they said there was no need to go as far as osteotomy. There are some surgeons these days who do osteotomy to get a very thin nose, but if it’s truly necessary then it should be done. Still, they didn’t think my nose needed it, and he said he personally doesn’t prefer it either. Also, we talked about using costal cartilage in several ways, and he said that trying to somehow use the missing septum would leave no support, so it could collapse later, so we should go with rib cartilage, etc. Anyway, I liked that he gave honest, not over-the-top recommendations and detailed explanations.)
Anyway, as expected from a young doctor, I felt the aesthetic sense also matched what younger people want these days. The only downside was that I thought we would talk about the detailed procedure more and get a summary of what all needed to be done, but we both seem to have forgotten that part I heard about it later from the manager. If you go for a consultation, make sure to ask exactly what procedures are being discussed.
