The consultation manager was so, so kind and friendly that I felt comfortable the whole time. They consulted with me regardless of the time. The director is a bit blunt, but not in a bad way. They only told me what was necessary without over-recommending things, and answered my questions well. I came for an eye consultation, but they said I had a bump on my nose and that it might be good to raise just the tip a bit. It didn’t feel forced.
