Director Yoon Jung-ho was kind and seemed to explain things in detail, so I was satisfied. But as expected, the manager kept talking a lot about insurance coverage for functional nose surgery, so I'm torn.. It didn't feel like an assembly-line clinic, but it also didn't feel like a purely private clinic, more like something in between. I liked the reviews on BBT, so I'm conflicted.
