The manager was kind, but somehow I feel like if I file a complaint later, they would handle it very sharply. I was afraid of saddle nose, so I asked about septal support reinforcement, but as expected, they said they would not do it (not even if it is a slightly collapsed shape). They said it would interfere with the airway, among other drawbacks. But on YouTube I saw them say that reinforcing the septum with an overlay does not affect the airway much, so the story being different lowered my trust quite a bit.
