Eye Surgery Considerations

Miho community review

Even though it was a weekday, there was a bit of a wait, but the consultant was really, really kind, and the place felt cozy and pleasant. In terms of how kind the consultant was, this place was number one haha. On top of that, before any other clinic, they explained things like CCTV disclosure, whether an anesthesiologist was present, whether aftercare/revision service was available, and so on, in a way that allowed the patient to feel sufficiently reassured and trust them, so I felt very drawn to the clinic.

As soon as I met Director Yoon Seok-ho, I told him the name of the clinic where I had my first nose surgery before, and he immediately said that the surgical method that clinic commonly performed during that period was ~~. Then he told me his opinion based on both the CT images and palpation, so I trusted him right away! One distinctive point was that here, they said the columella could be made to project naturally in a rounded way, but that they do not separately perform nasolabial angle correction. They said that if it is forced downward, it will go back up anyway... It was interesting how the diagnosis differed from clinic to clinic.

It was a clinic I really liked, but Director Yoon Seok-ho’s review photos looked a little more glamorous than the line I had in mind + they suggested customizing a 3D implant with FitMe Nose, but I felt burdened because once the implant was made in advance, I thought the shape could not be reversed even on the operating table (meaning that implant would have to be used no matter what) + also, I was trying to decide on surgery because I was dissatisfied with my nose, but they told me that my current nose is not a bad shape either... that it is a decent nose. With worries like, what if it does not change much from how it is now, all combined, I ultimately decided on another clinic.
