Eye Surgery Considerations

Clinic review

I went there thinking that at least one large hospital should be worth visiting, and because of the attractive price, but it was honestly unbelievably cheap lol. The scale is huge, there are lots of patients, and there are many doctors and coordinators, so I wondered whether this coordinator would even remember me next time.. Still, looking back, she actually seemed the most proactive and the most responsive lol. Of course, you should not expect much in terms of building rapport. She was also the only coordinator at the plastic surgery clinic who pointed out my facial flaws one by one. I did go to a plastic surgery clinic for that, so it makes sense, but this was the only place where the coordinator first evaluated (?) or diagnosed (?) my face.

I got consultations for my nose and contouring here together, but the wait between doctors is really long and kind of awkward.

I consulted with Dr. Jang Joo-yoon for contouring and Dr. Park Sang-wook for the nose, but since I was just going for the experience and did not request a specific doctor, as expected they assigned me to the doctors with the fewest reviews. Still, Dr. Jang Joo-yoon was really warm and gentle and explained everything very well, while Dr. Park Sang-wook explained things rather lightly and briefly and then finished up (basically, just saying he would make it pretty and that it was not a difficult nose...?); since I visited early in the consultation process, I left without getting much information or a precise diagnosis of my nose. Still, one thing I liked was that when I said I wanted functional nose surgery for rhinitis too, it seemed very good that they had separate ENT doctors and ENT-related equipment inside the clinic.

It was so attractive price-wise that I put down a deposit, then decided to give up on the contour surgery and canceled, and I got the refund quickly without any problems.
