I went to get a double eyelid consultation, and the waiting time was very long. The waiting area was cramped and the staff moving around made it crowded. I first had a consultation with the manager, who recommended what surgery would be good. But during the consultation with the surgeon, the manager stayed next to me the whole time and conducted the consultation while bringing up the surgery they had recommended. That made me very uncomfortable;; Rather than giving detailed explanations about the surgery to help me understand, they emphasized that it was a method only this clinic could do, and kept repeating things like "Only at our clinic! Only here! Only at this place!" which I didn't like either.
