I had double eyelid surgery with an incisional method, but it turned out too small and too natural, so I later had a revision at another hospital. Because it looked so natural, even with the incision there was no visible scar and it healed cleanly. But they made it look too much like an internal double eyelid, and most importantly my eyes did not become much bigger, so I had a revision surgery to get the line I wanted. It was local anesthesia, and they do the surgery very quickly. I did not feel any pain during the operation.
