I originally had a small hidden double eyelid, but the distance between the inner corners of my eyes was wide, and the front shape of my eyes was sharp, so at first I went in planning to do only double eyelid surgery with natural adhesion. I went through a friend’s introduction, and my friend’s result was so surprisingly natural that I decided right away to go here.
Natural adhesion was definitely possible, and they shaped it very delicately to match the look I wanted. In particular, because the inner front corner was sharp, I wanted the front corner opened a little deeper, and they immediately understood what I meant. When I said I wanted the back part to come out well to suit my eye shape, they understood right away. The director gives off kind of a middle-aged uncle vibe and treated me a bit like a dad.. but the most important thing is I can't remember the name..
Also, they didn't push surgery on me, but they did say that doing epicanthoplasty would be much better. They told me to decide for myself, but I said I wouldn't do it because of the cost. But my mother, who came with me, strongly recommended it (;;), so I did it, and I was very satisfied with the result.
People can't tell I had anything done just by looking at my eyes. I hear a lot that my eyes are pretty. My eyes are only 3 cm wide horizontally, so they're not very big, but with the double eyelid surgery, the upper and lower balance was adjusted and they look much more refreshed (compared with before). And the epicanthoplasty is starting to make me slightly regret it now that I'm thinking about nose surgery, but since the inner corners used to feel cramped like an epicanthal fold, I don't really regret it much.
During recovery, the inner corners of my eyes were red, and even after the other bruising had gone and the swelling had gone down to some extent, the redness from the epicanthoplasty didn't go away easily. Now, 2 years later, it's of course gone. One of the knot areas from the natural adhesion developed scar tissue. In any case, once it folds, it doesn't stand out much, and since it's on the inner part of the eye where it stays folded most of the time, I don't really mind.
Conclusion: If you emphasize a hundred times that you only want the epicanthoplasty opened just a tiny bit, they do it well. Natural adhesion was good for me. As for scar tissue, I don't care much since I'm not trying to be a celebrity. People don't know I had double eyelid surgery.
