The consultation with the doctor and staff was really kind, but this was the most chaotic hospital ever. They said that even for just double eyelid surgery, sedation anesthesia is standard, and at the part where they said, 'New doctors learn the 12-hole method by observing the director’s surgery'... my trust dropped sharply. Overall, it felt unsettling.
