(Consultation fee 5,000 won) I went because they specialize in fat grafting above the eyes, but they said I probably would not need fat grafting. They said it would improve if ptosis correction is done well. They said sausage-like eyes would improve if the scar area is released and the scar tissue is removed. I asked if my eyes would not close, and they said double eyelid surgery is done based on when the eyes are open. If it seems like they will not close, the ptosis correction can just be done a little less. They said my eyes probably would not fail to close because I do not have too little eyelid skin. (Because I have not had revision surgery that removes eyelid skin, etc.) They said that if the dog ear does not improve even after double eyelid surgery, I may need to redo it with epicanthoplasty. They marked a line smaller than my existing double eyelid. It felt like they observed my eyes thoroughly and gave a customized consultation, saying things like the ptosis is a little more severe on the right side. Because there is not much muscle and tissue supporting under my eyes, my sanpaku eyes are severe. Surgery is possible on the 18th. Since they specialize in fat grafting and non-incisional surgery, I am a bit conflicted. Director Choi Moon Seop gave a pretty good consultation, and said my sausage-like eyes are not severe either. The consultant was just so-so.

It took an hour to have the consultant consultation and then the director consultation. The doctor was calm and kind, without being forceful or anything like that. If I did it with this doctor, I felt I would be able to sufficiently discuss the design I want and talk enough about my worries and questions. They said my epicanthoplasty is not severe, and since I also like the pointed shape, it would be good to improve only the Mongolian fold a little. They said I would have to accept that the eyes may become slightly smaller and farther apart. After that, I would need double eyelid revision surgery. They said even just medial epicanthoplasty restoration changes the double eyelid shape, so they originally used to do them together, but because they could not be certain of the result, they started doing them separately. The dog-ear area also needs to have minimal skin excision after medial epicanthoplasty restoration and then receive laser treatment. My concerns are sausage-like eyes, ptosis, and dog ears, but they have to be done separately, and since they specialize in epicanthoplasty, that was disappointing. It is interesting that the epicanthoplasty scar is only one stitch. It seems good because it does not leave much scarring. Later, after double eyelid surgery, if needed, I think it would be fine to do it while working. I got tired because the consultant seemed to insist that I do medial epicanthoplasty restoration first, saying my sausage-like eyes were not severe. They speak extremely slowly and calmly.
