About 2 years ago, I had incisional eyelid surgery on one side, and because it developed a double fold and there was no fat, I had revision surgery with buried sutures plus eyelid fat grafting. At first, the swelling just would not go down, so it was really hard. The director was someone who had moved to another hospital by now, but he still checked the progress of the surgery well and was kind. But the surgery itself was just so-so... The scar above my eye got worse than before The manager said with a lot of confidence that triple buried sutures are less likely to come undone, but I’m not sure.
