I had my consultation and am scheduled for surgery tomorrow. The consultation manager was very kind, and the director explained everything calmly and well. The director's consultation time was short. There was no pressure to get excessive procedures, and in fact when I said I was also considering ptosis correction, they said they wouldn't recommend it, so I gave up on that. I'll come back after surgery to leave another review..
