I went for consultations several times, and there were always many people. Even though they operate by appointment only, a 1-hour wait is standard. I went for a consultation when my first double eyelid surgery came undone, but the cost was too high, so I had it done elsewhere; however, they made my eyes look like sausage eyes, so I went back for another consultation. Because of a scheduling issue, I had the consultation with a different manager, but there was not much sincerity. When I asked about the cost, even after applying an acquaintance discount and various other things, they quoted 2.5 million won. That was the price for only double eyelid surgery, with nothing like ptosis correction included. Even for a third revision surgery, it is on the expensive side compared with other hospitals, so I am debating it. They said the head doctor was too busy and there would be no consultation with him. Afterward, I asked questions about the surgery through KakaoTalk, but the consultation manager barely checked the messages. The reply interval was basically a full day, and they were ten times less sincere than during the in-person consultation. I went for consultations several times because this was the place where I liked the line the most, but I think that became the reason the manager thought they had caught an easy customer. It felt like they assumed I would do it at this hospital anyway, so they just called out any price and gave a careless consultation.
