Go if you don’t expect to meet the doctor after surgery From the first consultation, did we talk for maybe 5 minutes? They glanced over me roughly and left in a flash, and when I went to remove stitches and for the 3-month and 6-month follow-ups, I never met the doctor even once; the manager checked me every time. Even that was delayed by 30-40 minutes each time. If it’s going to be like this, why even have appointments? The line came out thick, so when I asked at 3 months, they said it was because the stitches hadn’t dissolved, so I waited. But it was the same at 6 months, so I asked what was going on. Of course! I consulted with the manager again. Before leaving, I even called to confirm whether I would be meeting the doctor, and they said yes, but in the end it was the manager again! When I said I wanted to meet the doctor and have the progress checked, they said that wasn’t possible because the doctor was busy I mean, I also came with an appointment? About the swelling, at first they said I had to wait up to 1 year, and that they had also worried because their swelling didn’t seem to go down, but it did after 1 year... So I asked, is it really going down, if it’s certain it will go down then I can wait, but if it won’t, I have to live with these eyes for the rest of my life, and if I need revision surgery, just tell me now. Then suddenly they changed their words: "Actually, the major swelling is all gone now. It won’t go down dramatically from here. If you’re going to have revision surgery, you need to do it now"... Where did the person go who told me to wait up to 1 year because the swelling hadn’t gone down... In the end, I said about 5 times that I wanted to meet the doctor and check, and they barely called the doctor. The doctor came, didn’t touch my eyes or look closely or do anything like that at all, just roughly glanced over them and acted like what the manager said was correct and everything had already been explained, so why had I called them. I mean, the doctor performed the surgery, and medical consultations are supposed to be done by doctors, so I don’t understand how they can be so brazen. They talked like that for about 30 seconds and left, and I was honestly dumbfounded In the end, they said to contact them if I wanted revision surgery and it ended there. I felt like, so this is the factory-style clinic people talk about, and regretted not looking into it more. I absolutely do not want to recommend it.
