During the consultation, they were veeeery kind. They kept asking if I had any questions, and they seemed to take pride in their work haha. I was really nervous on the day of surgery, but they reassured me so warmly, so I was grateful! Of course, after surgery, maybe because I was already a caught fish, when checking my progress they didn’t look as meticulously as before, but I guess that can’t be helped haha. The front desk was fine, but the nurses overall seemed a bit irritated lol, like “Ah~~ I don’t want to work!!!” Emergency calls weren’t exactly friendly either... But the surgical outcome is good, so I’m very satisfied! Haha. If you’re going to have surgery, staying hospitalized for one day is best.
