I first went in for a consultation about removing the septal cartilage in my nose, but the director and I just couldn't understand each other, so that was a bit frustrating. Since I'm not a specialist, it was actually difficult. Still, they explained things kindly in their own way, so that left a good memory ㅎㅇㅎ That staff member is insanely kind.
