I had a CT scan and was told the septum was sufficient, so they would not use ear cartilage. They said the surgery would use only septal silicone and Lero. It seems like this doctor does not use ear cartilage. Two of my friends also had surgery here, and they did not use ear cartilage. They said using only ear cartilage would make it too hard, so I did not have the surgery here.
