The consultation had a sense of experience, so I was satisfied, but I passed because the surgery cost was unbelievably expensive. For a revision of the nose tip only, without any bridge, the price was about the same as a lot of rhinoplasty revisions using autologous costal cartilage, so it felt way too expensive. If you add Megaderm to the bridge here... it was just too pricey.
