I originally had it done at a place in Seoul, then had it done in Bucheon! It was the place where my friend had hers done, so I felt reassured and it went well. It’s been about two months now. At first my eyes were so swollen that I was really worried ㅜㅜ I was also worried because it looked like the epicanthoplasty hadn’t opened muchㅜ But after the stitches were removed, thankfully it had openedㅋㅋㅋ It had just been hidden by the stitches...ㅎ For the double eyelid surgery, I had actually had incisional surgery before (about two years ago). It had been done too shallowly back then, but it came undone after just a year.. So I saved up money again! I prepared the revision surgery costㅎㅎ... This time I had the buried-suture method, and it turned out much prettier than before, so people around me were like, “Whoa, you look different when you open your eyes...” Ha... They asked why I had been going around without opening my eyes before.... Seriously...^^ For the epicanthoplasty too, because the space between my eyes was wide, I opened it more than before, and it turned out just how I wanted! My eyes were originally really small and narrow, so they looked so ugly.. After doing it, I looked prettier than before, so I was really happy! The downsides were that it was expensive.. and that it hurt so much..?ㅜ It really, really hurt.. By the time they were doing my left eye, maybe the anesthesia had worn off, because I could feel all the pain of them piercing raw skinㅜㅜ It hurt so muchㅜㅜ They gave me another anesthetic injection too, so my eye got really, really swollen then... The doctor said that since it was revision surgery, and on top of that it had been incisional surgery, the scar tissue was thick, so the anesthesia probably didn’t take wellㅜㅜ I had it done under local anesthesia, but if you’re getting revision surgery and they say sedation anesthesia is possible, please do it under sedation!ㅜㅜ It hurt so much that I kept crying even while going down in the elevatorㅎㅎ... Anyway, I really like it now!ㅎㅎ
