When I was going around to many places to research double eyelid surgery, this was the only clinic that recommended an in-out line. They said the trend these days is the in-out line.. Other clinics said an in-out line would be difficult for my eyes, would not suit me, and would be unnatural given my eye structure, so they all recommended an in-line instead. But at the time I had set my mind on an out line because I wanted a big Western-style look, so this clinic, which recommended an in-out line, had a high favorable impression. In the end, if I had done an in-out line, it probably would have looked very heavy and obvious... I am satisfied with the in-line.
