The director had a way of speaking that felt a bit blunt and abrupt. Still, I could tell he had a very unusual level of affection for noses. My nose is kind of.., seriously damaged from a failed surgery, and he even did a nasal endoscopy and spent almost an hour in consultation with me. He said he was so worried about my nose that even if I didn't get surgery at his clinic, I should at least know what condition it was in, and he even picked up on the fact that there had been a perforation Since the consultation wait time was long, they didn't charge a separate consultation fee. I've been to many clinics, but I rarely met a director who gave such a humane consultation as here.
