When I visited 3 hospitals to look into removing my nose silicone implant, this was the one that explained things the most professionally and in the most detail. He also said that from his point of view, removing it would be better aesthetically, because the bridge was inserted too thin, making the nose look longer, and because correcting the crooked nose without surgery would make the crookedness stand out more. That made me trust him the most.
