The manager is extremely kind. She takes care of everything one by one, but I could not see the surgeon during the consultation. I only met them after scheduling the surgery, which was a bit disappointing, so I give it 20 points for professionalism. Everyone seemed busy, but it still felt like a fairly professional hospital, haha.
