The doctor is rather cool and confident. He wasn't very friendly, but he seemed to have a lot of experience with removal, so I trusted him and had it removed. When I visited to remove the stitches, the nurse later realized one strand had not been removed, so I went to a plastic surgery clinic in the area where I was staying (a different region) and had it removed, then claimed the cost back;;
When checking my recovery, the doctor only glanced at the outside of my nose, so they didn't even notice that there were still stitches inside my nose Because the region was different, if they had looked in more detail, this situation wouldn't have happened, so that was a bit disappointing, but when I contacted the clinic they responded right away. My nose is currently fine, with no major issues. It's been about 2 years.
