I once went for a consultation because of lifting. It was already 5 years ago, so things must be very different now. The doctor himself gave the consultation, and maybe because it was the off-season, he said I was too young for a face lift (45 years old) and did not recommend it. I got the impression that this was not a place that strongly pushed treatment just for the money.
