When I went for the consultation, the director had just come out of surgery, so maybe that was why he felt a little brusque, but while I was going through the surgery and treatment and asking questions and getting answers, I’ve come to feel that he is a kind person. As expected from a director known as a master of removal surgery, my satisfaction with the surgery is very high. The staff have always been kind, from the very first consultation. After experiencing both rhinoplasty and removal, I think the size of the clinic or its facilities are not important. Kindness is important too, but I think the surgeon’s skill is more than 90% of the equation.
