I had my first surgery here 9 years ago. I went after seeing my friend's nose and got the surgery, and now both my friend and I are looking into revision surgery It was under local anesthesia at the time, and at first my nose was pretty, but it's gradually lowering now.. I did think about getting revision surgery here, but I'm worried it'll lower again, so I can't do it.
