I am planning reconstruction by removing the silicone and lowering the height, but I am deliberating over where to go T_T. I have visited many famous clinics, and in the end I have narrowed it down to [Clinic A] and [Clinic B]. [Clinic A] seems good in every way, but it does not have many reviews, and its surgical method is somewhat different from what other clinics explained. I think they said they adjust the nasal tip height through the upper part of the alar cartilage and place ear cartilage inside to eliminate the step-off. Also, the price is rather high T_T—around 8 million won. [Clinic B] is not as expensive as [Clinic A], but I saw quite a few private comments in this community, and the consultation did not feel right. I want to improve the asymmetry, but some doctors say it is severe, while this doctor does not seem to consider mine very significant, so I feel the improvement may be limited. If you know of any issues with either clinic, please let me know T_T T_T T_T T_T. I do not know much about this and need help.
