(Please understand that I have not been managing my nasal sebum.) As shown in the photo, something red and pimple-like has appeared exactly where the silicone ends. Could this be an inflammatory reaction?? Or did it just appear because I have not managed the sebum on my nose lately? What does everyone here think..? I’m very worried and anxious.
