As time passed after my first surgery, the tip of my nose drooped and my nose looked longer overall, which was extremely stressful... Especially from the side, the nasolabial angle looked ambiguous, so I decided on revision surgery.... I visited several clinics, but when I explained the shape of the nasal tip I wanted during the consultation here, I felt they understood immediately, so I ultimately went through with the surgery. I used autologous costal cartilage, and because it was revision surgery, they said I should expect the initial swelling to last a while, so I simply waited with a relaxed mind lol T_T. As time passed, the tip gradually became slimmer, and the columella also began to look prettier than before. I’m quite satisfied now. Before, something bothered me every time I looked in the mirror, but now my nose seems to suit my face better overall. I deliberated a lot because it was revision surgery, but in the end I think I made the right choice.
