Cheekbone Surgery Reviews

Could this be a facial-contouring complication..?

It has been two weeks since my facial-contouring surgery... Right after surgery, only one side of my jaw was extremely swollen, but I assumed it was just swelling. When I touch one side of my jaw—the area that comes straight down from the deep cheek—I can feel quite a noticeable step-off. I thought it was just pooled blood, but when I asked the doctor at the hospital, they said it could be bone, although it would not show externally...?????? I did not have much asymmetry, so why was the left side operated on differently from the right? I was too flustered to ask more at the time, but it is bothering me. I will ask in more detail at my next hospital visit My lips are currently twisted and pull to one side when I speak. They also pull to one side when I purse my lips or make facial expressions. I am worried The surgery also took two and a half hours longer than expected. I had nosebleeds for a whole week, and I still have phlegm mixed with blood... The left and right jaws are different, and because they protrude more than expected, my face looks dish-shaped, which is extremely stressful. Please let this just be swelling and the recovery process... I am so worried. If anyone has had a similar experience, please tell me.
