I went in for a consultation because I wanted to remove the silicone from my nose. The staff were kind, and when I asked about booking, they tried to accommodate me as much as possible. The director took a better look at my nose condition than I expected, but maybe because I had read previous reviews, I was scared of him. I asked all the questions I had prepared and came back out.
