Consultation for revision rhinoplasty. I visited because I wanted a natural-looking shape. Remove silicone and use costal cartilage + donated dermis. From looking at various photos, it seemed exactly right for my needs, but the director is not exactly extremely bad-tempered, but how should I put it.. He is rather forceful and dictatorial, and his way of speaking feels like he is putting you down, so I felt much less inclined to have it done here. (So I somehow feel like the nurses probably have ongoing mild stress too.) I brought about 10 photos of the nose shape I wanted, but he just glanced at one or two and did not look at the rest. Rather than listening carefully to the customer’s needs, the atmosphere was more like, “Say the answer I, the doctor, want.” And I had heard it was more expensive than other places, so I had already decided to accept that to some extent and expected a generous amount, but still.. it was unbelievably expensive, to the point that I was shocked.
