Consultation for revision rhinoplasty. I visited because I wanted a natural shape. Silicone removal and use of costal cartilage + donated dermis. Looking at various photos, it seemed exactly right for my needs, but while I wouldn’t say the director’s personality is extremely bad, how should I put it... he’s somewhat forceful and unilateral, and his way of speaking feels like he’s putting you down, so I felt my desire to have it done here disappear a lot. (So I somehow feel like the nurses probably have constant, subtle stress too.) I brought about 10 photos of the nose shape I wanted, but he only glanced at one or two and didn’t look at the rest. Rather than listening carefully to the client’s needs, the atmosphere was like, “Say the answer I, the doctor, want.” And I had heard it was expensive compared with other places, so I had decided to accept that to some extent and estimated generously, but still... it was shockingly, excessively expensive.
