Eye Surgery Considerations

Community Review of a Clinic

The doctor is kind, but I think he is a bit authoritative. When I try to ask something, he cuts me off and talks. That wasn't what I was trying to ask.. Because he keeps interrupting me and saying what he wants to say, it feels like I don't get precise answers to my questions. Other than that, he explained the surgical method in detail. However, until the consultation ended, he did not draw or set a line or anything like that, and we only discussed the surgical plan. At the end, I tried to bring up the aesthetic aspect by saying I did not want the nasal tip raised too much, and he said something like, "Of course, that's a given~" Then he did not give me a chance to say more and ended the consultation, saying that if I went outside, the consultant would guide me through the rest. Maybe because it is a hospital that does a lot of revision surgeries, I heard a detailed explanation about the surgical plan, but I was flustered that I could not discuss at all what kind of line would come out. The consultation manager was not very kind either. During the final consultation with the manager, maybe she sensed that I probably would not do it there; she only had me pay the consultation fee and did not even say goodbye. It is my first surgery, but the cost came out as much as a revision surgery.
