They explained things very well from a surgical perspective and with specialist knowledge. ❷The staff at the first-floor desk were kind, but because it is truly such a large factory-style hospital, there are definitely many employees and the work handling is not done properly. Go to the 8th floor -> oh no, it’s the 9th floor -> go back and wait again Like a university hospital or mid-sized hospital, I had to go here and there myself, printing out test forms and walking around with papers dangling. ❸The consultant was the worst... After the director left, they made me wait in the room for almost 50 minutes.... If they were good at their job, I could forgive everything, but when I asked questions, they didn’t know; whatever I asked, they said this was their first time, there was no data~ ❹The price is on the expensive side? (Maybe the hospitals I visited while shopping around were cheap.) They said it was very cheap because it was the maximum discounted price. That does seem right. ❺I went based on an acquaintance’s recommendation, and the acquaintance said they were satisfied, but unfortunately the director was different because the other one was off duty.
