Because there was only one director, there was a bit of a wait. Still, the director and consultant were kind and listened well to my requests. When I said a full incision felt burdensome, they said they would match it as much as possible with a partial incision, and they carefully checked until the line I wanted came out. I liked that they explained things well in a way I could understand and examined me delicately. The posterior and lower canthoplasty was additionally recommended, but rather than feeling like overtreatment, it felt like they respected my opinion while thinking about it from various angles and considering it together with me. I asked a lot of questions, and maybe they realized I'm the type to ask many questions, because they first explained things customers might be curious or worried about, which I liked. Among the clinics I went to for consultations, this one left an impression for being kind.
