The consultant is kind, the doctor specializing in noses also gives clear, straightforward comments, and in terms of cost, whether it’s autologous costal cartilage, septal cartilage, silicone, etc., wherever you go, the results are similar and tailored to your needs. It’s just that I didn’t get the feeling of “this is the place!” Everyone is probably excellent. Unless the differences are extremely severe, since you are entrusting your body to them, if you have some prior knowledge and clear criteria and don’t get swayed by the consultation, I think the path to choosing a hospital and director will narrow down. However, like with any other places, I don’t think places with very expensive surgery fees are expensive because their ability gives them confidence. Unless the doctor graduated from a top prestigious university and is reputed to be a renowned specialist, charging a consultation fee or having unusually expensive surgery costs is something I find unacceptable, so I think the mindset that expensive means premium has little to do with cosmetic surgery.
