They were kind, and overall it was good. But for a primary surgery, they did not take a CT scan so that was disappointing. Since there was no CT image, compared with places that did have CT images, they definitely could not talk as precisely about things like the septal cartilage, so that was a bit disappointing. Whether to use the septal cartilage or costal cartilage can only be known after opening it up But the director was straightforward and kind, thought it through with me, and said things that did not need to be done did not have to be done. The consultant was also so kind, like an older cousin, so I liked it. I paid a deposit and even scheduled the surgery date before coming back,,,
