I went for a consultation to remove all the implants from my nose surgery. The director explained everything so kindly and gently, and the consultation content felt very safety-oriented. In preparation for any possible situation, he told me in advance all the materials that could be used during surgery, and said that if there were any materials I felt uncomfortable with, he would leave those out and use alternative materials. I was deeply moved by the consideration of putting the patient first. It was a consultation where I felt respected as a person, not just diagnosed for my nose, and it was really good. Not only the director, but also the manager and the staff at the front desk were very kind, and I felt that they would never just ignore a patient if the patient was dissatisfied after surgery. In fact, the manager said that too, which made the consultation very trustworthy. I recommend going for a consultation if you are someone who values a natural shape and safety.
